Interlocutory Stage definition
Interlocutory Stage means the stage of the process in which: a determination is made by the Administration as to whether it shall act upon the Investigation Dossier; further clarification may be requested by the Administration; the staff member is offered an opportunity to provide comments on the relevant parts of the Investigation Dossier; and/or a determination is made whether to issue Charges of Misconduct or whether there are no or insufficient grounds warranting disciplinary action;
