Interior Maintenance definition

Interior Maintenance means the maintenance and keeping in good repair of the assigned Premises. This includes, but is not limited to, janitorial services, removal of trash, pest control, painting and maintenance of wall coverings, relamping and maintenance of light fixtures, interior and exterior washing of windows, repainting of Premises, and replacement of floor covering. It does not include maintenance and repairs required because of structural defects.
Interior Maintenance. The maintenance and keeping in good repair of all items such as the interior walls and ceilings, painting, repairs or alterations of plumbing, doors, window or door glass, electrical fixtures, air conditioning, water fixtures, locking devices and all other fixtures, janitorial services such as sweeping, dusting, mopping and waxing floors, relamping, interior and exterior washing of windows, and the arrangement for sanitary removal of solid waste from the property.
Interior Maintenance means the maintenance and keeping in good repair, as may be applicable to the Premises, the interior walls and ceilings, flooring, painting, repairs or alterations of plumbing, doors, windows and doors, electrical fixtures, water fixtures, locking devices and all other fixtures; janitorial services such as sweeping and restroom cleaning; re-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇; re-flooring if necessary; interior and exterior washing of windows; sanitary removal of trash from the Premises; and replacement of expendable installed equipment, i.e., light bulbs, and maintenance/replacement of installed fire extinguishers.

More Definitions of Interior Maintenance

Interior Maintenance. Lessee shall clean, provide cleaning supplies, and maintain the Leased Premises in a clean, sanitary, and good condition. Lessee shall make all needed repairs, including but not limited to interior pest control, and replacements to the interior of the Leased Premises, except for those responsibilities expressly imposed upon Lessor above. Lessee shall maintain and repair all interior glass.

Company shall arrange for proper janitorial services, such as sweeping, dusting, mopping, and waxing of floors; interior and exterior washing of windows; and the arrangement for sanitary removal of trash and proper disposal and removal of hazardous substances, as defined in Article 17.8 herein, on and from the Leased Premises.
