  • Upon entry of an Order granting Preliminary Approval, the Notice Contractor, in cooperation with Class Counsel and Interior Defendants, shall notify the Classes of this Agreement.

  • Released Defendants Claims” means all claims and causes of action of every nature and description, whether known claims or Unknown Claims, whether arising under federal, state, common or foreign law, that arise out of or relate in any way to the institution, prosecution, or settlement of the claims asserted in the Action against the Defendants.
