Interior alterations definition
Interior alterations means any Alterations which are not are structural in nature, will not materially adversely affect the Building Systems serving the Demised Premises, will not require any penetration through any roof, floor or exterior or corridor wall, and are not visible from the exterior of the Demised Premises and do not adversely affect the Historic Tax Credits (as defined in this Article). Landlord shall not charge any type of construction management or supervision fee in connection with any Alterations made by Tenant unless Tenant has engaged Landlord as Tenant's construction manager.
