Interim Water Allocation definition
Interim Water Allocation has the meaning given to that term by the Unamended Act. Law means:
Interim Water Allocation means the interim water allocation(s) in the Regulated Area to be sold under this Agreement particulars of which are described in Item D of the Item Schedule. IROL means the interim resource operations licence under the Act held by the IROL Holder and described in Item D of the Item Schedule, and to the extent applicable any resource operations licence which replaces that interim resource operations licence in accordance with the Water Plan.
