Interim Return definition
Interim Return means any gross proceeds that Investor has realised from the Subscription Shares and Additional Shares (if applicable) (including any dividends received from the Company (e.g., Annual Cash Distribution), any sale proceeds from disposal of any Subscription Shares or any Additional Shares (if applicable) by Investor and any compensation, indemnification, payment or damages received by Investor under any of the Transaction Documents (other than Cost Reimbursement);
Interim Return has the meaning given in the SSA;
Interim Return means any gross proceeds that Investor has realised from the Subscription Shares and PubCo Ordinary Shares (including any dividends received from the Company or PubCo (e.g., Annual Cash Distribution received from the Company or PubCo), any sale proceeds from disposal of any Subscription Shares, PubCo Ordinary Shares and shares converted from the Convertible Preference Share by Investor and any compensation, indemnification, payment or damages received by Investor under any of the Transaction Documents (other than the reimbursement of attorney’s fees not exceeding US$600,000 from the Company to Investor); Investor has the meaning given in Recital of this Agreement;
More Definitions of Interim Return
Interim Return means a return, other than an annual return, in the approved form that is required to be made by a micro business company in accordance with section 65;
Interim Return means the document prepared in accordance with Schedule 4 and submitted to the Minister in accordance with section 30;

Interim Return means any gross proceeds that Investor has realized from the FFG Subscription Shares, Exchanged Shares and Convertible Preference Share, including any dividends received from FFG or PubCo (e.g., annual cash distribution received from FFG or PubCo) and any sale proceeds from disposal of the Exchanged Shares and shares converted from the Convertible Preference Share by Investor; Investor has the meaning given in the Preambles to this Agreement;
Interim Return means the interim return determined in accordance with the Licence;
