Interim Report Date definition

Interim Report Date means the date as at which the CET1 Ratio set out in an Interim Capital Report has been prepared;

Interim Report Date means the date as at which the financial accounts and the Capital Ratio set out in an Interim Capital Report have been prepared;

Interim Report Date shall have the meaning specified in the Purchase Agreement.
