Interim Procurement Agent definition

Interim Procurement Agent means the natural or legal person engaged to provide procurement agent services for the benefit of MMD in accordance with the Agreement and Compact until MMD or MCA-Malawi II has engaged a Procurement Agent in accordance with the Compact.

Related to Interim Procurement Agent

  • Procurement Agent means the district representative duly authorized to enter into and administer Contracts and make written determinations with respect to this solicitation or his/ her designee.

  • LOCKHEED ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED ▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • LOCKHEED MARTIN Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED MARTIN's cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • Procurement Representative means the following individual in the Procurement Services Department:

  • Procurement Manager means any person or designee authorized by a state agency or local public body to enter into or administer contracts and make written determinations with respect thereto.
