Interim Open Space definition
Interim Open Space means land within the Land to be laid out and used by members of the public as interim open space during the construction of the Development
Interim Open Space means the interim open space to be constructed along the Columbus Avenue frontage of the Campus in the area located between the eastern wall of the Campus buildings existing on the date hereof and the street line of the Property on Columbus Avenue, from the street line of West 60th Street, for a distance of 205 feet north of the intersection of West 60th Street and Columbus Avenue, as shown on the Open Space Plans.
