Interim Market Value definition
Interim Market Value means the valuation per YeboYethu Ordinary Share as determined annually by an accounting firm or merchant bank appointed by VSA;
Interim Market Value means the product of (i) the arithmetic average of the Weighted Average Price for the Common Stock for the 20 consecutive Business Days ending on the Six Month Anniversary Date, multiplied by (ii) the number of Total Shares held by the Investor as of the Six Month Anniversary Date, excluding Rejected Shares.
