Interim Funds definition

Interim Funds means those sums, if any, paid over to the Company by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ that, pursuant Section 4.3, qualify, and are designated by ▇▇▇▇▇▇, as loans.
Interim Funds means public moneys in the state treasury that are not active deposits and may be invested in accordance with section 135.143 of the Revised Code.
