Examples of Interim FS Date in a sentence

  • Since the Interim FS Date, the Seller has operated the Business in the Ordinary Course of Business, and there has not been any Material Adverse Effect and, to the Seller’s Knowledge, no event has occurred or circumstances exists that would reasonably be expected to result in any such Material Adverse Effect.
