Interim Facilities means the Interim Term Facility. Interim Finance Parties means the Interim Lenders, the Arrangers, the Interim Facility Agent, and the Interim Security Agent.

Examples of Interim Facilities in a sentence

  • As per paragraph (b) of Clause 3.3 (Purpose) of the Agreed Form Interim Facilities Agreement.
