Interim Distribution Dates definition

Interim Distribution Dates means date(s), if any, as determined by the Trustee, between the Initial Distribution Date and the Final Distribution Date.
Interim Distribution Dates means the first Business Day occurring sixty (60) days after the Initial Distribution Date, and subsequently, the first Business Day occurring sixty (60) days after the immediately preceding Interim Distribution Date (unless otherwise determined by the Monitor, in its capacity as Disbursing Agent);

Examples of Interim Distribution Dates in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding a Participant’s advance election to designate Interim Distribution Dates, the amounts which would otherwise be subject to such Interim Distribution Dates shall be distributable upon a Distributable Event pursuant to the Plan, if such Distributable Event occurs prior to an applicable Interim Distribution Date.
