Interim Director-General definition

Interim Director-General means the Interim Director-General appointed by the Preparatory Commission pursuant to Section (8)(b)(1) of Conference resolution IRENA/FC.res.1;

Related to Interim Director-General

  • Director-General means the Director-General of the Department;

  • Inspector General means an Inspector General appointed under the Inspector General Act of 1978 and any Inspector General that receives funding from, or has oversight over contracts awarded for, or on behalf of, the executive agency concerned.

  • county executive committee member means the county executive committee member responsible for matters relating to irrigation.

  • Executive Directors means a person appointed as director directly accountable to the municipal manager.

  • shadow director means, in relation to a company, any person in accordance with whose directions or instructions the directors of the company are accustomed to act, but the person is not deemed to be a shadow director by reason only that the directors act on advice given by that person in a professional capacity; and
