Interim Design definition

Interim Design means an interim design for a component of the Project Work produced by Project Co in accordance with Article 2 [Design Submissions, Review and Reports] of Part 3 of Schedule 4.
Interim Design means the interim design in respect of a Non-Systems Component of the Work produced by the Primary Contractor in accordance with Article 2.2.4.4 [Interim Design Review for Non-Systems Components] of Part 3.
Interim Design means any submittal of Design Documents after the Preliminary Plans have been accepted but prior to submittal of Final Plans for the entire Project or any approved Project segment. Interim Designs are intended to resolve conflicts and unresolved comments from the Preliminary Plans submittal.

  • A minimum of 30 days prior to the applicable first Interim Design submission, the Design-Builder must submit a wastewater servicing design report that reflects actual Site Design conditions.

  • The content of each Interim Design submission shall be appropriate to the subject and discipline.

Related to Interim Design

  • Remedial Design or “RD” shall mean those activities to be undertaken by SDs to develop final plans and specifications for the RA as stated in the SOW.

  • Universal design means the design of products, environments, programmes and services to be usable by all people, to the greatest extent possible, without the need for adaptation or specialized design. “Universal design” shall not exclude assistive devices for particular groups of persons with disabilities where this is needed.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Maximum design heat input means the ability of a unit to combust a stated maximum amount of fuel per hour on a steady state basis, as determined by the physical design and physical characteristics of the unit.

  • Project designer means any person who designs the following activities with respect to friable ACM in a facility: a response action other than a small-scale short-duration activity, a maintenance activity that disturbs friable ACM other than a small-scale short-duration maintenance activity, or a response action for a major fiber release episode and meets the certification requirements of this regulation.
