Interim Care definition
Interim Care means emergency or temporary placement of a child in a shelter, home or juvenile shelter facility.
Interim Care means the status of temporary physical control of a child whose family is in need of services (see the definition of “Family in Need of Services” at Section 3-1-3, subd. 14).
Examples of Interim Care in a sentence
Children Looked After (CLA) are those in public care and are either: Subject to a Care Order or Interim Care Order, living either at home or away from home.
Where arrangements for a child on an Interim Care Order or Full Care Order are underway to be placed with a parent, a Family Agreement is not appropriate.
Looked After - whether subject of a Care Order or Interim Care Order, or accommodated under section 20, or currently subject of Interim Care Proceedings.
Statutory Social Work services will be responsible for the supervision of any child on an EPO or Interim Care Order.
