Interim Asset Allocation Guidelines definition
Interim Asset Allocation Guidelines means the investment and asset allocation guidelines set forth on Annex A. “Investment Assets” means all investment assets owned by, or held in trust for the benefit of, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, including bonds, notes, debentures, mortgage loans, collateral loans and all other instruments of indebtedness, stocks, partnership or joint venture interests and all other equity interests, certificates issued by or interests in trusts, derivatives or other assets acquired for investment or hedging purposes. “Investment Guidelines” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.25(b).
Interim Asset Allocation Guidelines means the investment and asset allocation guidelines set forth on Annex A.
