interim application definition

interim application means an application for an order of a judge in an ongoing proceeding or, for the purpose of determining a matter relating to a final order, following final judgment but does not include an application to vary a final order;

  • Fee Application means an application filed with the Bankruptcy Court in accordance with the Bankruptcy Code and Bankruptcy Rules for payment of a Professional Claim.

  • L/C Application means an application and agreement for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit in the form from time to time in use by the L/C Issuer.
