Interim Allocation Period definition

Interim Allocation Period means the period of time beginning on the first day of the Plan Year and ending on an Interim Allocation Date. (2) Effective September 15, 2005, Section 3.04(A) of the Plan is amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows:
