The Parties agree to share views and information on discussions in the WIPO Intergovernmental Committee on Intellectual Property and Genetic Resources, Traditional Knowledge, and Folklore, the WTO TRIPS Council, and any other relevant fora in addressing matters related to genetic resources and traditional knowledge.
The Intergovernmental Committee shall consist of such Permanent or Principal Secretaries as may be designated by each Member State.
