Interfacing Party definition

Interfacing Party means any of the following persons identified in Schedule 14 and any person with whom Authority enters into a contract that is relevant to this Contract, as identified by Authority in a notice to Contractor.

  • Delays Caused by Interfacing Parties Contractor will be entitled to claim an increase in the Contract Amount or an extension of time if Contractor incurs additional costs or is delayed in its performance of the Work as a result of any omission or act of an Interfacing Party.

  • In the event that the Authority considers that an interface is not proceeding satisfactorily, the Authority will review the matter and establish a coordinated plan directing the Contractor and the Interfacing Party or Parties as to the required action.

  • The Contractor shall advise the Authority in writing of any problems encountered in obtaining necessary information, and/or any lack of cooperation from any Interfacing Party.

  • Contracting Party shall have the meaning designated in the preamble to Section 5.2 hereof.

  • Third Party Manufacturer means (i) a Third Party whose primary business is contract manufacturing, or (ii) a Third Party who has a contractual arrangement with Licensee or with a sublicensee of Licensee that includes manufacturing of Client Product and/or Drug Product by such Third Party for Licensee or such sublicensee.

  • Programme Party means a party to a Programme Document (other than the Issuer and ETP Securityholders).

  • Third Party Contractor as used in the Student Data Protection Act and “Operator” as used in COPPA. De-Identified Information (DII): De-Identification refers to the process by which the Contractor removes or obscures any Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) from Education Records in a way that removes or minimizes the risk of disclosure of the identity of the individual and information about them.

  • Third Party Content means all software, data, text, images, audio, video, photographs and other content and material, in any format, that are obtained or derived from third party sources outside of Oracle that You may access through, within, or in conjunction with Your use of, the Services. Examples of Third Party Content include data feeds from social network services, rss feeds from blog posts, Oracle data marketplaces and libraries, dictionaries, and marketing data. Third Party Content includes third-party sourced materials accessed or obtained by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.
