Interfaced Systems definition

Interfaced Systems means any application, systems or other facilities of a Company referred to in the relevant Specifications or which the Services and/or Deliverables is required by the relevant Company to be Integrated with as described in such Specifications.

Examples of Interfaced Systems in a sentence

  • The Supplier shall not be entitled to any additional payment nor be excused from any liability under a Statement of Work as a consequence of any misinterpretation by the Supplier of any matter or fact relating to the relevant Specifications or the functions, facilities and capabilities of Interfaced Systems as described in the relevant Specifications.

  • The Support Services do not cover the response and resolution of issues for which the root cause has been identified in the following areas: • Any Incident caused by the Customer or by any third party • Incidents resulting out of issues within Interfaced Systems.
