Interfaced Application definition

Interfaced Application means software products provided by third parties that are independent of the Company and designed to work with Company’s SaaS Product. Customer is responsible for obtaining necessary licenses and permissions to utilize and integrate these external applications with the SaaS Product.
Interfaced Application has the meaning given in clause 2.1;

Examples of Interfaced Application in a sentence

  • To the extent that Customer advises Rhapsody that an Interfaced Application is not functioning as intended with the Cloud Service, Rhapsody will use commercially reasonable efforts to identify whether the failure was caused by the Cloud Service or the Interfaced Application.

  • To the extent that Customer advises Kronologic that an Interfaced Application is not functioning as intended with the Cloud Service, Kronologic will use commercially reasonable efforts to identify whether the failure was caused by the Cloud Service or the Interfaced Application.
