Interface Control Document or ICD definition

Interface Control Document or ICD means the version of the document attached as Attachment 3 most recently adopted by TxDOT prior to execution of this Tolling Services Agreement setting forth interface standards for TxDOT’s CSC Host and the ETCS, including the manner in which data shall be transmitted and received between TxDOT’s CSC Host and the ETCS, as such document may be revised or updated by TxDOT from time to time.
Interface Control Document or ICD means the document referred to in the Statement of Work and to be attached as Exhibit B to this Contract upon mutual approval of the Parties that defines in detail the interfaces between the Spacecraft system (including support equipment as relevant) and the Launch Vehicle system (including facilities and support equipment as relevant) for the specific mission.
Interface Control Document or ICD means the mutually agreed document that defines in detail the interface between the MSV provided Spacecraft system (including support equipment) and the Launch Vehicle system (including facilities and support equipment) for the specific mission.
