Examples of Interest Rate Request in a sentence
If the Borrower fails to timely submit a Notice of Borrowing/Continuation/Conversion at the end of any Interest Period stating a desire to have all or a portion of the Tranche A Term Loans accrue interest at the Adjusted Eurodollar Rate, or if the Borrower submits an improper Interest Rate Request, then all (or such portion) of the Tranche A Term Loans shall accrue interest at the Adjusted Base Rate until the Agent receives a proper request from the Borrower.
Borrower may, prior to any such Interest Rate Request, request the Lender to provide an interest rate quote as of the time such request is made; provided, however, that such quote shall be subject to change if LIBOR has changed at the time Borrower makes its Interest Rate Request.
By a proper and timely Interest Rate Request in accordance with Section 2.4(j), Borrowers shall select the initial Interest Rate to be charged on advances of the Loans.
