Interest Lien definition

Interest Lien means any claim, lien, pledge, charge, security interest, equitable interest, option, warrant, right of first refusal, restriction on use, voting, transfer, receipt of income or other attribute of ownership, or other encumbrance of any kind, affecting any Interest.

Interest Lien means any claim, lien, pledge, charge, security interest, equitable interest, option, warrant, right of first refusal, restriction on use, voting, transfer, receipt of income or other attribute of ownership, or other encumbrance of any kind, affecting any Interest. ''Land'' shall mean the real property described in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, together with all rights (including without limitation all air rights and development rights), alleys, streets, strips, gores, waters, privileges, appurtenances, advantages and easements belonging thereto or in any way appertaining thereto, and all other Appurtenances.
