Interest Hedging Agreement definition

Interest Hedging Agreement means any interest swap agreement, forward rate agreement, floor, cap or collar agreement, future, derivative or option transaction, insurance or other similar agreement or arrangement, or any combination thereof, entered into by the Borrower or a Subsidiary thereof where the subject matter of the same is interest rates or the price, value or amount payable thereunder is dependent or based upon the interest rates or fluctuations in interest rates in effect from time to time (but, for certainty, shall exclude conventional floating rate debt).
Interest Hedging Agreement means any interest swap agreement, forward rate agreement, floor, cap or collar agreement, futures or options or other similar agreement or arrangement, or any combination thereof, entered into by Nexen or a Restricted Subsidiary where the subject matter of the same is interest rates or the price, value or amount payable thereunder is dependent or based upon the interest rates or fluctuations in interest rates in effect from time to time (but, for certainty, shall exclude conventional floating rate debt).
Interest Hedging Agreement means any Hedging Agreement evidencing an Interest Hedging Transaction.

Interest Hedging Agreement means any agreement entered into between the Parent or a Restricted Subsidiary of the Parent and a bank or financial institution in respect of any interest rate swap, currency swap, foreign exchange contracts, cap, floor, collar or optional transaction or any other treasury transaction or any combination of it or any other transaction entered into in connection with protection against or benefit from fluctuating in any rate or price.
