In no case shall the Recipient negotiate termination payouts and severances with any of its Interdisciplinary Team Members, or its staff, agents and employees which are greater than the minimum requirements set out in the Employment Standards Act and the Common Law.
The Recipient shall retain the services of the Interdisciplinary Team Members and administrative staff detailed in the “Service Plan”, attached hereto as Schedule “A”.
