Interdisciplinary group definition

Interdisciplinary group or “IDG” means the assembly of hospice employees, which has represented on it the core team services and may, in addition, have physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology and home health aide services.
Interdisciplinary group means the group responsible for assessing the health care and special needs of the patient and the patient’s family.
