Interconnection Cost definition

Interconnection Cost means costs to be incurred by the Transmission Owner for Interconnection Facilities and Network Upgrades for which Owner must pay without any right to reimbursement by the Transmission Owner.
Interconnection Cost as defined in Section 7.1 hereof.
Interconnection Cost. The cost to Member for all Cooperative owned and maintained facilities constructed and/or installed by Cooperative to accommodate the interconnection and safe operation of Member’s Distributed Resource in parallel with Cooperative’s Electric System shall be determined in accordance with Cooperative’s applicable Service Regulations and/or Terms and Conditions. The cost to Member, termination provisions, and other applicable terms and conditions related to facilities installed by Cooperative are as stated in Exhibit ___, hereto attached and made a part hereof.

Examples of Interconnection Cost in a sentence

  • Seller shall have the right for a period of one (1) year following receipt of the invoice: (i) upon reasonable prior notice, to audit the books and records of Company to the limited extent reasonably necessary to verify the basis for the amount (if any) by which the Total Actual Interconnection Cost invoiced to Seller exceeds the Total Estimated Interconnection Cost, and (ii) to dispute the amount of any such excess.

  • If the Total Actual Interconnection Cost is less than the payments received by Company as the Total Estimated Interconnection Cost, Company shall repay the difference to Seller within thirty (30) Days of the final accounting.

Interconnection Cost means the total cost payable by Provider, after any make-ready or similar interconnection-related Existing Incentive, to connect the System to an on-Premises connection point and to interconnect from that point to the local electric utility system, including fees and reimbursements payable to the local electric utility, and the cost of electrical equipment, materials, and labor. An “Approval” means each permit, license, approval, authorization, service agreement, or similar permission or agreement from a Governmental Authority (defined below) or utility that is required pursuant to applicable law, applicable code (including building, electrical, or similar), or in the reasonable judgment of the Provider to install, interconnect, start-up, or operate the System at the Premises. A “Governmental Authority” means a federal, state, or local government authority, agency, department, commission, board, instrumentality, official, court, or tribunal that has jurisdiction over the relevant subject matter.
Interconnection Cost means the costs necessary to connect new or -------------------- modified Facilities to the Transmission System, including such reasonable costs imposed on, or incurred by, third parties already interconnected with the Transmission System, to the extent that such party can establish the reasonableness of such costs in accordance with FERC policy. Such costs shall be adjusted to reflect the tax effects to the Transmission Provider, if any, of Generating Company's payment of Interconnection Costs.
