Interconnecting Pipeline(s) definition

Interconnecting Pipeline(s) means any pipeline connected immediately downstream of the Delivery Point(s).
Interconnecting Pipeline(s) means, as the context requires, Union Gas, the owner and operator of the pipeline at the Receipt Point and/or TransCanada, the owner and operator of the pipeline at King’s North.
Interconnecting Pipeline(s) means the following pipelines between the Refinery and the Tulsa West Refinery: 1) the 12 inch raw gas oil/diesel line (the “Distillate Interconnecting Pipeline”), 2) the 12 inch naphtha/gasoline component line (the “Gasoline Interconnecting Pipeline”), 3) the 12 inch refinery fuel gas line (the “Refinery Fuel Gas Interconnecting Pipeline”, 4) the 8 inch hydrogen line (the “Hydrogen Interconnecting Pipeline”), and 5) the 10 inch refinery sour fuel gas line (the “Refinery Sour Fuel Gas Interconnecting Pipeline”) including delivery facilities from the Tulsa West Refinery and receipt facilities at the Refinery for the Distillate and Gasoline Interconnecting Pipelines, but not for the Refinery Fuel Gas, Hydrogen, and Refinery Sour Fuel Gas Interconnecting Pipelines.

  • The quality of the gas to be received by Union hereunder is to be of a merchantable quality and in accordance with the quality standards as set out by Union in this Article II, but, Union will also accept gas of a quality as set out in any other Interconnecting Pipeline’s general terms and conditions, provided that all Interconnecting Pipelines accept such quality of gas.

  • In the event of an error in metering or a meter failure, (such error or failure being determined through check measurement by Union or any other available method), then Shipper shall enforce its rights as Shipper with the Interconnecting Pipeline(s) to remedy such error or failure including enforcing any inspection and/or verification rights and procedures.

  • LMM may from time to time become subject to new requirements imposed by the Interconnecting Pipeline(s).

  • Any other necessary transportation arrangements on the Interconnecting Pipelines shall be the sole responsibility of shipper.

  • Subject to (i) any Applicable Law, (ii) technical specifications of the Tulsa Interconnecting Pipelines, and (iii) right-of-way and license agreements, HFRM may request that HEP Operating change the service of any of the Interconnecting Pipelines; provided, however, that HFRM shall indemnify and hold HEP Operating harmless from and against all costs and expenses associated with any such changing of service including costs of complying with any Applicable Law affecting such change of service.

  • LMM shall have no obligation to schedule deliveries of Shipper’s Gas into the Interconnecting Pipelines.

  • Shipper or Shipper’s agent shall be solely responsible for scheduling Shippers Gas into the Interconnecting Pipelines and shall be responsible for any imbalance or other obligation related thereto including, without limitation, any obligation, penalties, or fees imposed by the Interconnecting Pipelines.

  • The standard of measurement and tests for the Gas delivered to/by COMPANY hereunder shall be in accordance with the general terms and conditions as incorporated in that Interconnecting Pipeline's gas tariff as approved by its regulatory body, as applicable.

  • Measurements received from or delivered to Interconnecting Pipelines shall be in accordance with established practices or Operating Agreements between Transporter and the Interconnecting Pipelines.

  • In that circumstance, Transporter will cooperate with the Interconnecting Pipelines in order to balance as nearly as possible such receipts and deliveries in accordance with any Operating Agreement(s).


More Definitions of Interconnecting Pipeline(s)

Interconnecting Pipeline(s) means any pipeline connected to the Gathering System for the further transportation of Gas downstream of the Gathering System.
Interconnecting Pipeline(s) are defined in APPENDIX “A”.

Related to Interconnecting Pipeline(s)

  • Pipelines means those pipelines within the Storage Facility that connect the Tanks to one another and to the receiving and delivery flanges of the Storage Facility.

  • Interconnection is As Defined in the Act.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Interconnect means to connect an alarm system including an automatic dialing device to a telephone line, either directly or through a mechanical device that utilizes a telephone, for the purpose of using the telephone line to transmit a message upon the activation of the alarm system.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Interconnector means equipment used to link the electricity system of the State to electricity systems outside of the State;

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Electrical Interconnection Facilities means the equipment and facilities required to safely and reliably interconnect a Facility to the transmission system of the Transmitting Utility, including the collection system between each Bloom System, transformers and all switching, metering, communications, control and safety equipment, including the facilities described in any applicable Interconnection Agreement.

  • Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities means all Interconnection Facilities that are not Customer Interconnection Facilities and that, after the transfer under Tariff, Attachment P, Appendix 2, section 5.5 to the Interconnected Transmission Owner of title to any Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities that the Interconnection Customer constructed, are owned, controlled, operated and maintained by the Interconnected Transmission Owner on the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities. Transmission Provider: The “Transmission Provider” shall be the Office of the Interconnection for all purposes, provided that the Transmission Owners will have the responsibility for the following specified activities:

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Customer Interconnection Facilities means all facilities and equipment owned and/or controlled, operated and maintained by Interconnection Customer on Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in the appropriate appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System.

  • Interconnection Party means a Transmission Provider, Interconnection Customer, or the Interconnected Transmission Owner. Interconnection Parties shall mean all of them.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • Interconnection Study means any of the studies defined in the CAISO’s Tariff or any Transmission/Distribution Owner’s tariff that reflect methodology and costs to interconnect the Facility to the Transmission/Distribution Owner’s electric grid.

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Capacity Interconnection Rights means the rights to input generation as a Generation Capacity Resource into the Transmission System at the Point of Interconnection where the generating facilities connect to the Transmission System.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Interconnection Studies means the Interconnection Feasibility Study, the System Impact Study, and the Facilities Study described in Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI. Interface Pricing Point:

  • Train Unloading Infrastructure means train unloading infrastructure reasonably required for the unloading of iron ore from the Railway to be processed, or blended with other iron ore, at processing or blending facilities in the vicinity of that train unloading infrastructure and with the resulting iron ore products then loaded on to the Railway for transport (directly or indirectly) to a loading port.   • Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region. Generation Interconnection Request:

  • Pipeline System means each system of Pipeline Assets, Real Property and Easements relating thereto making up an integrated gathering system and gathering system, or other pipeline system.

  • Terminals means, collectively (a) the Initial Terminals; and (b) any other terminals, storage facilities, wharfage, tankage and loading racks owned or leased by any Loan Party that are used in the Business.

  • generating plant means the generating facility described in Schedule 1 as amended from time to time;

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI. List of Approved Contractors:
