Intercompany Assets definition
Intercompany Assets means all accounts receivable of the Business between or among one or more Sellers or their Affiliates.
Intercompany Assets means the aggregate amount due to the Companies or their Subsidiaries from all affiliates of the Companies or their Subsidiaries.
