Interchange Receipt definition

Interchange Receipt means a receipt to be signed by a party receiving possession of Equipment from another party, which receipt acknowledges taking such possession and on which receipt should be noted any damage to the Equipment that exists at the time of the Interchange. Interchange Receipts are also commonly called “Trailer Interchange Receipts” (TIRs) and “Equipment Interchange Receipts” (EIRs).

  • At the time of Interchange, the Parties or their agents shall execute an Equipment Interchange Receipt and/or exchange an electronic receipt equivalent, which shall describe the Equipment and any Damage observable thereon at the time of Interchange, reasonable Wear and Tear excepted.

  • PJM Interchange Import means the following, as determined in accordance with the Operating Agreement and Tariff: (a) for a Market Participant that is a Network Service User, the amount by which its interval Equivalent Load exceeds the sum of the interval outputs of its operating generating resources; or (b) for a Market Participant that is not a Network Service User, the amount of its Spot Market Backup purchases; or (c) the interval scheduled deliveries of Spot Market Energy to an External Market Buyer; or (d) the interval scheduled deliveries to an Internal Market Buyer that is not a Network Service User.
