Interbasin diversion definition

Interbasin diversion means a transfer of the waters of the state from either the Great Lakes basin or the upper Mississippi River basin to any other basin.
Interbasin diversion means the transfer of water or wastewater from one New York major drainage basin to another drainage basin.
