Interactive Work definition

Interactive Work means any audio-visual work or other work, regardless of the physical medium in which the work is fixed (including without limitation CD ROMs, DVDs, video games and arcade games), now known or hereafter coming into being, which work is designed with a primary purpose of permitting the viewer to modify or control the sequence or performance of the presentation in a non-linear fashion.

Examples of Interactive Work in a sentence

  • If Pixar elects to participate on a passive financial basis, Pixar shall be entitled to a royalty equal to [*] of the Gross Receipts of such Interactive Work.
