The parties acknowledge the importance of human performance in Interactive Programs and the potential impact on employment under this Agreement when a GAI system is used to generate assets for use in Interactive Programs.
Programmer has created one or more Interactive Programs which are compliant with the Wink Communications, Inc.
All employment of Performers in Interactive Programs shall be under a form of hiring specified herein.

Programmer will provide System Operator written notice at least 30 days prior to discontinuing national transmission of all Interactive Programs.
Programmer agrees not to charge System Operator fees associated with Interactive Programs for the term of this Agreement.
Any authorized representative of SAG-AFTRA shall be admitted to any location where the rehearsal or production of Interactive Programs under this Agreement takes place, at any reasonable time and on reasonable advance notice, in order to check Employer’s performance under this Agreement subject to reasonable security or clearance restrictions.
Programmer hereby grants System Operator a non-exclusive license to distribute the Interactive Programs delivered in the VBI or MPEG of Programmer's video signal.
