Interactive Programs definition

Interactive Programs means any distance learning which allows the student to converse, ask and answer questions or exchange information (interact) with the presentation source either verbally or electronically.

  • Programmer agrees not to charge System Operator fees associated with Interactive Programs for the term of this Agreement.

  • Any authorized representative of SAG-AFTRA shall be admitted to any location where the rehearsal or production of Interactive Programs under this Agreement takes place, at any reasonable time and on reasonable advance notice, in order to check Employer’s performance under this Agreement subject to reasonable security or clearance restrictions.

  • Programmer hereby grants System Operator a non-exclusive license to distribute the Interactive Programs delivered in the VBI or MPEG of Programmer's video signal.

Related to Interactive Programs

  • Education program means any program that is principally engaged in the provision of education, including, but not limited to, early childhood education, elementary and secondary education, postsecondary education, special education, job training, career and technical education, and adult education, and any program that is administered by an educational agency or institution.

  • System for Award Management (SAM) database means the primary Government repository for contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • Software Program means the software program used by a Fund for providing Fund and account balance information including net asset value per share. Such Program may include the Lion System. In situations where the Lion System or any other Software Program used by a Fund is not available, such information may be provided by telephone. The Lion System shall be provided to Insurance Company at no charge.

  • Educational program means a program for educating and preparing physician assistants which is approved by the board.

  • Alternative program means a class or environment established within the regular educational program and designed to accommodate specific student educational needs such as, but not limited to, work-related training; reading, mathematics or science skills; communication skills; social skills; physical skills; employability skills; study skills; or life skills.
