Interactive Group definition

Interactive Group means, as of any date:
Interactive Group has the meaning given to such term in Distributing’s restated certificate of incorporation as in effect at the Issue Record Date.

  • Eligible next Michigan business means that term as defined in section 3 of the Michigan economic growth authority act, 1995 PA 24, MCL 207.803.

  • Wholesale Service means Telecommunication Services that Sprint provides at retail to subscribers who are not telecommunications carriers as set forth in 47 USC § 251(c)(4) which Sprint provides to resellers at a wholesale rate.
