Interactive gaming license definition

Interactive gaming license means a license issued by the [state gaming authority] to an entity to permit it to offer interactive gaming.
Interactive gaming license means a license issued by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission for hosting at certified premises for the purpose of conducting interactive gaming or interactive gaming related activities wholly situated within the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake.
Interactive gaming license means a license issued by the commission pursuant to this chapter which authorizes the holder to offer authorized games for play by, and to accept bets and wagers associated with authorized games from, authorized participants.

  • Gaming License means any license, permit, franchise, finding of suitability, registration, filing, order, declaration, qualification, approval, consent, certificate or other authorization, in each case required under applicable Gaming Laws to own, lease, operate or otherwise conduct gaming or racing activities of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Common Channel Signaling (CCS means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.

  • Gaming means that term as defined in section 2 of the Michigan gaming control and revenue act, 1996 IL 1, MCL 432.202.

  • Lottery or “state lottery” means the lottery created pursuant to this act and operated exclusively by or under the exclusive control of the bureau of state lottery.

  • Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase marijuana from marijuana cultivation facilities and marijuana and marijuana products from marijuana product manufacturing facilities and to sell marijuana and marijuana products to consumers.

  • Liquor store means a retailer, as defined in section 111 of the Michigan liquor control code of 1998, 1998 PA 58, MCL 436.1111, that is exclusively or primarily engaged in the sale of alcoholic liquor. The term does not include a retailer that is a retail food store.

  • Alcoholic beverages means beverages that are suitable for human consumption and contain one-half of one percent or more of alcohol by volume.

  • Nevada Gaming Authorities means, collectively, the Nevada Gaming Commission, the Nevada State Gaming Control Board, and the Xxxxx County Liquor and Gaming Licensing Board.

  • Gambling means that a person stakes or risks something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance or a future contingent event not under the control or influence of the person, upon an agreement or understanding that the person or someone else will receive something of value in the event of a certain outcome.

  • operating licence means an authorisation granted by the competent licensing authority to an undertaking, permitting it to provide air services as stated in the operating licence;

  • Gaming Facility means any casino, hotel, resort, race track, off-track wagering site, venue at which gaming or wagering is conducted, and all related or ancillary property and assets.

  • Established geographic service area means a geographic area, as approved by the Commissioner and based on the carrier's certificate of authority to transact insurance in this state, within which the carrier is authorized to provide coverage;

  • Gaming Equipment means any and all gaming devices, gaming device parts inventory and other related gaming equipment and supplies used in connection with the operation of a casino, including (without limitation), slot machines, gaming tables, cards, dice, chips, tokens, player tracking systems, cashless wagering systems, electronic betting systems, mobile gaming systems and associated equipment which are located at the Casino Components, owned or leased by Operating Company or Mortgage Borrower and used or useable exclusively in the present or future operation of slot machines and live games at the Casino Component, together with all improvements and/or additions thereto.

  • driving licence means the licence issued by a competent authority under Chapter II authorising the person specified therein to drive, otherwise than as a learner, a motor vehicle or a motor vehicle of any specified class or description;

  • School District/Public Entity means the School District/Public Entity that executes the contract.

  • Restricted Geographic Area is defined as all countries, territories, parishes, municipalities and states in which Company is doing business or is selling its products at the time of termination of Employee’s employment with Company, including but not limited to every parish and municipality in the state of Louisiana. Employee acknowledges that this geographic scope is reasonable given Employee's position with Company, the international scope of Company's business; and the fact that Employee could compete with Company from anywhere Company does business.

  • Marijuana wholesaler means a person who purchases marijuana items in this state for resale to a person other than a consumer.

  • Resort license means a license issued in accordance with Chapter 5, Retail License Act, and Chapter 8, Resort License Act.

  • Native Americans, as used in this provision, means U.S. citizens who are American Indian, Eskimo, Aleut, or native Hawaiian.

  • Gaming Laws means all applicable constitutions, treaties, laws, rates, regulations and orders and statutes pursuant to which any Gaming Authority possesses regulatory, licensing or permit authority over gaming, gambling or casino activities and all rules, rulings, orders, ordinances, regulations of any Gaming Authority applicable to the gambling, casino, gaming businesses or activities of Owner or any of its subsidiaries in any jurisdiction, as in effect from time to time, including the policies, interpretations and administration thereof by the Gaming Authorities.
