Interactive Events is defined in the preamble to this Agreement.

Examples of Interactive Events in a sentence

  • The Company has no subsidiaries other than Legends in Concert, Inc., a corporation duly organized and validly existing under the laws of the State of Nevada, On Stage Marketing, Inc., a corporation duly organized and validly existing under the laws of the State of Nevada, and Interactive Events, Inc., a corporation duly organized and validly existing under the laws of the State of Georgia (together, the "Subsidiaries").

  • Upon termination of this Agreement, either by the natural passage of time or at any time and for any reason precedent thereto, Kanfer will have the option to "put" (re-convey) to the Company the 55,000 shares that were issued to him in connection with the merger of Interactive Events, Inc.

  • Predictive emissions monitoring system or “PEMS” means all of the equipment necessary to monitor process and control device operational parameters (for example, control device secondary voltages and electric currents) and other information (for example, gas flow rate, O2 or CO2 concentrations), and calculate and record the mass emissions rate (for example, lb/hr) on a continuous basis.

  • Nominal tomographic section thickness means the full width at half-maximum of the sensitivity profile taken at the center of the cross-sectional volume over which x-ray transmission data are collected.

  • Objective evidence means standardized patient assessment instruments, outcome measurements tools, or measurable assessments of functional outcome. Use of objective measures at the beginning of treatment, during, and after treatment is recommended to quantify progress and support justifications for continued treatment. The tools are not required but their use will enhance the justification for continued treatment.

  • Fugitive dust emissions means particulate matter from process operations that does not pass through a process stack or vent and that is generated within plant property boundaries from activities such as: unloading and loading areas, process areas, stockpiles, stock pile working, plant parking lots, and plant roads (including access roads and haul roads).

  • Acute toxicity means concurrent and delayed adverse effects that result from an acute exposure and occur within any short observation period, which begins when the exposure begins, may extend beyond the exposure period, and usually does not constitute a substantial portion of the life span of the organism.
