  • Inter-Region Transferred Converted Temp/Term Employees, Inter-Region Transferred Appendix Employees and Inter-Region Transferred 2009 New Hire Employees will be eligible to participate in the same plans, policies and provisions on the same terms and conditions as will be provided under this Agreement to 2009 New Hires under this Agreement.
