Inter-Ministerial Coordination Committee definition

Inter-Ministerial Coordination Committee or “ICC” means a committee comprising of the Permanent Secretaries of the Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Livestock Development, Ministry of Fisheries Development, Ministry of Cooperatives Development and Marketing, Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation, Ministry of Environment and Mineral Resources, and Ministry of Forestry and Wildlife; “KAPAP Secretariat” means a secretariat to be established by the Recipient under Section 1.A(6) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement;
Inter-Ministerial Coordination Committee means the committee to be established by the Borrower to provide overall coordination and strategic guidance for the implementation of the Project and referred to in paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;
Inter-Ministerial Coordination Committee means the committee established by an Order No. 118 dated March 7, 2006 of the Recipient’s Minister of Health and referred to in paragraph 6 of Section I.A of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • The MoA shall be responsible for the overall coordination and fiduciary responsibility of the Project and shall maintain throughout the implementation of the Project an Inter-Ministerial Coordination Committee (ICC) comprising of Permanent Secretaries of the Participating Ministries.
