Inter-LATA definition
Inter-LATA means all calls originated and terminated in different LATA’s. “Intra-LATA” means all calls originated and terminated in the same LATA.
Inter-LATA means crossing over the boundaries of a FCC established LATA.
InterLATA is As Defined in the Act.
Verizon means Verizon Communications Inc., a Delaware corporation.
Interexchange Carrier (IXC) means a carrier that provides, directly or indirectly, InterLATA or IntraLATA Telephone Toll Services.
Intra-State Transmission System means any system for transmission of electricity other than an Inter-State Transmission System;
IntraLATA LEC Toll means IntraLATA Toll traffic carried solely by a Local Exchange Carrier and not by an IXC. "IntraLATA Toll Traffic" describes IntraLATA Traffic outside the Local Calling Area.
