The following types of Ambulance Services are Covered: • Emergency Ambulance Services • High-Risk Ambulance Services • Inter-facility Transfer services • Within New Mexico, to the nearest In-network facility where Emergency Healthcare Services and treatment can be rendered, or to an Out-of-network facility if an In-network facility is not reasonably accessible.
The following types of Ambulance Services are Covered: • Emergency Ambulance Services • High-Risk Ambulance Services • Inter-facility Transfer services • Within the 5-county area, to the nearest In-network facility where Emergency Health Care Services and treatment can be rendered, or to an Out-of-network (outside of the 5- county area) facility if an In-network facility is not reasonably accessible.

In consideration for providing ambulance services in accordance with the terms described herein, Contractor is entitled to be a Basic Life Support Ground Ambulance Service Provider for Non-Emergency Interfacility Transfer requests throughout Stanislaus County.
