Inter-Data definition

Inter-Data means Services and/or Equipment provider for the client, according to the agreed terms and conditions.

  • Inter-Data shall make available to the Customer all information necessary to demonstrate compliance with the obligations laid down in this Data processing agreement and allow for and contribute to audits, including inspections, conducted by the Customer or another auditor mandated by the Customer.

  • Computer data means any representation of facts, information or concepts in a form suitable for processing in a computer system, including a program suitable to cause a computer system to perform a function;
