Inter-Company Relations definition

Inter-Company Relations means the agreements and arrangements between the Sellers or their Affiliates or any Person related to any of them, on the one hand, and the Company, on the other hand as set out in Schedule 2.I.

Examples of Inter-Company Relations in a sentence

  • All other (i) agreements existing between members of Sellers' Groups on the one side and the Target Companies on the other side, and (ii) services provided by members of Sellers' Groups to the Target Companies (or vice versa), and (iii) charges charged or claims claimed by members of Sellers' Groups to the Target Companies (or vice versa), in the case of (i) to (iii) prior to or until and including the Closing Date (the "Non-Surviving Inter-Company Relations"), shall be terminated with effect from Closing.

  • There are no agreements or arrangements of any kind whatsoever between the Sellers or its Affiliates or any Person related to any of them, on the one hand, and the Company, on the other hand other than the Inter-Company Relations.

  • The Inter-Company Relations specified in Schedule 10.7 shall be settled prior to Closing.
