Inter-Company Assignment definition

Inter-Company Assignment means the Assignment of Note and Liens dated the date hereof, executed by Borrower, Advisor, and Administrative Agent.

  • Long Term Supply Assignment means, in relation to an employee,

  • Permitted Assignment means a Permitted Subsidiary Assignment or a Permitted Third-Party Assignment.
