Intended Location means the Downtown City Parking Lot in Cannon Falls, MN as further represented in Appendix A.

ZEF Energy may, in its sole discretion, remove the Electric Vehicle Charging Hub from the Intended Location and may terminate this Agreement with the SITE HOST if (1) ZEF Energy has made no Profit under this Agreement in the preceding calendar year, or (2) ZEF Energy reasonably deems the Profit generated hereunder to be insufficient to warrant the additional expense of maintaining the Electric Vehicle Charging Hub for the remainder of the Term.
