Intended Function definition

Intended Function means performing or able to perform the usual function for which a system or component is designed, or fitted, and be in a condition or state of repair appropriate to its age and location.

Examples of Intended Function in a sentence

  • If any type of equipment is used in conjunction with the Intended Function, a Certificate of Insurance from the vendor will be required to be on file in the Association subdivision office prior to the date of the Intended Function.

  • The Association subdivision office must approve all on site vendors prior to the day of the Intended Function.

  • The usage fee entitles the Pavilion User to the exclusive use of the BGP Pavilion only for the Intended Function and does not entitle the Pavilion User the exclusive use of the BGP Playground or the restroom facilities.

  • The Pavilion User must be present during the entire Intended Function.

  • Failure/fails/failed To Perform Its Intended Function means the operational or structural failure of a Covered Component to the degree that The item has stopped working completely; or The item no longer meets manufacturer's/industry requirements; or specifications for its intended use; or Continued use of the item is dangerous to the occupants; or The item works so inefficiently that continued use is impossible or impracticable.

  • A usage fee $50.00 and a cleanup and damage deposit $100.00 are charged for the rental and use of the BGP Pavilion and must be paid in either cash in the appropriate amount or by two (2) separate checks ($50 & $100) at the Association subdivision office prior to the date of the Intended Function.

  • We cover any Covered Component that was included in the original retail sales agreement which Fails To Perform Its Intended Function during the Term Of Coverage.

  • Incidental expenses means those expenses incurred as a result of a Covered Component which has Failed To Perform Its Intended Function, including, but not limited to: telephone, mileage, meal and temporary housing expenses.

  • A usage fee and a cleanup and damage deposit are charged for the rental and use of the BGP Pavilion and must be paid in either cash in the appropriate amount or by two (2) separate checks at the Association subdivision office prior to the date of the Intended Function.
