Intelligent Access Program definition

Intelligent Access Program. (IAP) means a program to allow heavy vehicles to have access, or improved access, to the road network in return for monitoring, by an approved intelligent transport system of their compliance with specified access conditions.
Intelligent Access Program. (IAP) means the application of the National Telematics Framework, administered by TCA, which provides to the operators of heavy vehicles access, or improved access, to the Australian road network in return for the monitoring of their vehicle(s)’ compliance with specific access conditions.
Intelligent Access Program. (IAP) has the meaning given to that term in the Functional and Technical Specification.
